At DivyaSangrah, we strive to provide authentic spiritual products, pooja samagri, and divine experiences with utmost care and devotion. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
π§Ύ Returns
Due to the spiritual and sacred nature of our products, most items sold on DivyaSangrah are non-returnable. This includes:
- Pooja Samagri (e.g. dhoop, agarbatti, sindoor, kapoor)
- Energized Items (e.g. yantra, rudraksha, idols)
- Personalized Orders (e.g. custom pooja kits, name-based astrology products)
- Prasad, Havan Samagri, or Ritual-use items
We accept returns only in the case of:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Item missing from the order
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with unboxing video proof and original packaging intact.
πΈ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund may take 5β7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the incorrect/damaged item and place a new order separately.
