2. User Responsibilities

To help us serve you better, we humbly request:

That you provide accurate details while placing orders or booking a priest.

To be present and prepared at the given time and location for the puja.

To treat our Pandit Ji’s with the respect and hospitality that is customary in our culture.

Misuse of the platform, false bookings, or disrespectful behavior may result in denial of future services.

3. Puja Samagri Delivery

We ensure timely delivery of authentic, high-quality puja items, curated according to Vedic guidelines.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details while placing the order. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Priest Booking Policy (Pandit Ji Sewa Niyam)

Our Pandit Ji Booking is a sacred responsibility, and we make every effort to provide experienced priests who align with your ritual needs.

Advance Booking: We request that bookings be made at least 3 days in advance, allowing us sufficient time to assign the right Pandit Ji for your ceremony.

Booking Charge: A ₹99 non-refundable advance booking charge is collected at the time of priest booking. This covers coordination efforts and confirms your booking.

Dakshina: The ₹99 paid in advance is included in the total Dakshina for the Pandit Ji. Kindly subtract this amount when you offer the remaining Dakshina at the time of the puja, with reverence and gratitude.

Changes in Schedule: If you wish to change the date or time of your puja, we kindly request that you inform us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled time so that alternative arrangements can be made smoothly.

5. Payments and Pricing

All payments are to be made online via the secure payment options available on our website.

Prices are subject to change based on product availability, market fluctuations, and service types. We strive to maintain transparency in all our pricing.

For custom pujas or outstation services, special charges may apply. These will be communicated clearly in advance.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Radd aur Rashi Vapsi Niyam)

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or postpone your puja:

Refunds are applicable only in case of puja cancellation or rescheduling, and only if you inform us at least 3 days in advance.

The ₹99 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled puja will not be eligible for any refund, as arrangements and time have already been committed.

Eligible refunds (excluding the booking charge) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter.

7. Conduct During Puja

We request all devotees to maintain a sacred and respectful environment during the ritual:

Please ensure the space is clean and ready for puja.

Any form of disrespect, smoking, alcohol, or inappropriate behavior in the presence of the Pandit Ji will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate cancellation of services without a refund.

We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, traffic, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for damages or injuries arising from mishandling of puja samagri or incorrect ritual performance if instructions are not followed.
