Currently, we provide shipping and delivery services exclusively within Delhi NCR (National Capital Region).
Our delivery network covers Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Note: Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in COD restrictions on your account.
Ensure accurate address: Double-check your shipping address during checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays.
Availability for delivery: Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
Re-delivery attempts: If delivery fails, our partner will attempt 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
Signature required: A signature is required upon delivery for verification and security.
Package inspection: Check the package for damage before accepting. Report any issues to the delivery person immediately.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number. We will track your shipment and provide updates.
If you receive a damaged package, refuse delivery and immediately contact our support team with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can modify the address before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes may incur additional charges.
