Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel orders before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may return products according to our return policy.

Payment Security

COD Policy

Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full upon delivery. Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in suspension of COD privileges for your account.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
• Fast delivery: 1-2 business days (where available)
• Shipping costs calculated at checkout
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address. Ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Products are damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Return request made within 7 days of delivery
• Products are unused, in original packaging with tags
• Proof of purchase (invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Prasadam and consumable food items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

9. Pandit Booking Services

For pandit booking and religious ceremony services:

• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Service availability depends on pandit availability
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled time for full refund
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will not be refunded
• All pandits are verified, but we are not liable for service quality disputes
• Additional materials or offerings must be arranged separately unless specified

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Divya Sangrah or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:
